The least costly option is a standard white 6" recessed can fixture for less than $5 and a dimmable FELT 17.5w Costco A19 led light bulb. And a dimmer switch. 1600 lumens 3000K white. The bulbs come in 4 packs for under $10/pack.

Lakefront people are sometimes overly concerned about preserving every inch of their lake view. Your property will be more lovely if you plant some trees to enhance some of those expansive views and to decrease the pounding sunlight that must be coming into your house at certain times of the day, requiring you to have to lower your shades. Your landscape looks really barren and it doesn't provide for good wildlife habitat. Consider framing your views with layers of native trees, shrubs and grasses/wildflowers with pathways that lead to the lake or to your portable smokeless fire pit if you desire. Once you've planted a more dynamic landscape, you won't be overly conscience about any obstruction that the light fixture or your outside table is causing and it will make for a more hospitable lakeside habitat for you and your guests to enjoy.
