Yes, it was very helpful and as a result I changed my plans-- on that earlier post, I was planning on painting the dining room in Niebla Azul, but based on the comments I decided to make it the same color as the rest of the living areas. So now I have more/different options for the kitchen than before, so I thought a new post would be clarifying.

I suggest that you buy/have made a radiator cover for your bathroom. Hides them nicely and gives you a usable shelf for things.

Yes, also not very safe for a little kid! We were definitely planning to do this once painting is done.

Great house! my main thought in the kitchen is there are lots of slivers of wallspace and I am not sure of what those would look like in a deeper more saturated color (for me that tends to give a chopped up feel but everyone is different) - I personally would look for color that blends with the tile and brings the space together

Thanks! I was also concerned about the slivers...do you think a brighter white to match the title would work coming off of rooms with a more off-white, putty color? Might the Origami White work in here or would that be too drab-feeling?

Since there is so little wall space in the kitchen, you might try a peel and stick wallpaper that includes both wall colors. This one is from Target.

Hi. Yes I would go with the SW Niebla Azul. I would all the cabinets in that shade too. Will look really nice.

Do you like all the colors connecting across rooms? There’s no reason why the bathroom couldn’t be something different, IF you’re into that. I’d get the samplize paint samples and shuffle them around the rooms you’re deciding on.

What a fantastic apartment. Went back and looked at your other pictures. Are these from listing photos or are these your belongings and how you will have the kitchen set up? If you intend to keep pots and spices hung on the walls, I would paint the walls white to match the tile, because so little of the walls are seen.

If you are taking them down, then I do think there is enough wall space to do a nice grey color - lighter than the floor. Everyone here hates grey now because it is out of trend. I think it looks spectacular in a historic apartment. (I had it in mine in Chicago, and my parents painted it in their coop.) Stonington Grey (BM) was my go to grey. It just always worked with everything. I'd do the walls and ceiling in that color, or another light grey if stonnington looks too dark.

I really like to do a separate bit of surprising dark color in a small bathroom. I don't want it to feel connected to other rooms. I want it to feel like a private, other world - for obvious reasons. Your bathroom has great light though and fantastic wood work so I am tempted to make it nice and airy feeling. Who will be using this bathroom and when? Is that your shower curtain or will you use something else? What is your style/taste?

Ceiling molding. Is it original to the apartment? In the kitchen, especially, it looks more recent than the original apartment. I think I would paint it the same color as the ceiling colors throughout. I wouldn't highlight it.
