Oh gosh there's so many rosy-purple-leaved coral bells now, to me they kinda all look the same. Maybe Wild Rose, Grape Expectations, ir Dolce Cherry Truffles?

In the picture, it looks to have red blooms. Can't find anything on searching this.

It looks a lot like my “Grape Soda” a Terra Nova plant. But, that pic you show seems pretty intense color making it look like it’s enhanced. I also have the newer ”Forever Red” which has dark pink flowers too.

There are literally 100's of red/purple leaved heucheras and with new ones being introduced to the market on a regular basis. Some have dark colored buds that open to paler colored flowers and some that have dark pink flowers as well. I'm not sure you are ever going to get a nailed down, specific and accurate ID. Just pick one that comes the closest in appearance.
