tile selection for waterline, spa dam walls and step edging

In the process of selecting tile for pool. Planning on doing 6" tile for the waterline of the pool. The pool will have a hot tub with a water fall into the pool (spa dam). Was considering doing glass tile to accent the spa dam wall and the edging of the steps into the pool. i had picked the darker 6" tile but have the light tile as another option. Looking for design opinions if the glass tile colors work with the 6" tile. thank you.

I like your darker selection. Honestly strongly dislike the small mosaic- very dated backsplash tile look in muddy colors. What other colors are you working with- coping, decking, etc

Not liking that mosaic at all and I don't think it goes with ether of the 6" tile colors.

Like Hallett said, you need to show what the other permanent design elements are for the pool and surround.

I prefer a more muted look for a pool and went with this combination for my pool.
