Solid Surface Free-standing Bathtubs - Any with armrests/grab bar?

I've been looking at remodeling master bath area and due to some space/design constraints I've been looking at free-standing bathtubs. I haven't ruled out acrylic free-standing or an acrylic drop-in but wanted to really research my options with the solid surface free-standing tubs first.

What I have NOT come across in my search is any solid surface free-standing tub that includes any kind of molded armrest or grab bar. Is this due to the material/fabrication restrictions? Maybe I haven't looked in the right place? I find that moving from a sitting to a standing position in a deep bath is not the easiest thing in the world with just the top rim of the tub as a place to grab.

Can a grab-bar even be attached below the waterline on these tubs? Is it going to expose me to leaks or material failure? My current acrylic drop-in has both molded armrests (set low) and a grab handle mounted higher up in an area specifically strengthened in the tub wall to accept such.
