A sink and a toilet are doable. Are you trying to include a shower?

While I don’t know the measurements, I stayed in a hotel suite with a second bathroom that was the reverse image of Jan’s layout. It was posh, comfortable, and did not feel cramped despite the small space. I thought it was a clever layout and one I’d use in my own home if presented with the same size space. If you wall depth allows, could get a lot of storage from a narrow recessed mirror above the sink, and from recessed shelves above the toilet.
