I have a Zline RA24 duel-fuel kitchen range with a 2021.3.1 date code. We have been having trouble getting the electric oven up to tempeture. Being as I am a mechanical engineer, I set out to find the source of the trouble. I found that the oven heating elements (high and low) each have two powered loops. In our stove, only half of the lower element was working. The reason for this is that one of the spade wire connectors had become so hot as to burn off the male spade from the element. This resulted in the wire dangling dangerously near the metal housing. The spade connector for the other lower circuit was glowing white hot during oven opperation.....only a matter of time before it suffers the same fate. Bottom line is that we need a new element and the four connecting wires.

I have opened a case with Zline, #00662000, am hoping they do the right thing to address the issue.
