My poor schefflera probably has mites (maybe). It's not a young plant. Now the leaves of the good side of this plant are withering, lots of dropped leaves and some yellow coloring to the rest. I don't have a lot of energy (sorry) to read and follow complicated solutions. Bionide is not allowed in my area (NY State). What can I do, the simpler the better. I read that rubbing alcohol very diluted with water can help. It didn't. I assume I must get a new pot, new soil (not sure what kind). Thank you.
