Lots of black knobs online for ranges. You would need to know which range you have, are you talking about gas or electric? Also, the Bertazzoni website sells their replacement knobs. There are several models of ranges, but you don't say which one you have, or how many knobs you need. Here is one link to their black knobs, but they have several.

I haveI have 36 gas model # A365ggvxt 8 ugley black knobs i am ashamed of .I found on ebay the knobs they use with the bar on top stainless ? but dont know if they work ?

I do anything but that plastic i m sure anyone who had these and cooked alot had this nightmare too. i did call a place bertazoni uses they only offered new plastic ones.you are the first that was alive thank you for any help.
