Ideas for reconfiguring small master suite!

Hi all - Having just wrapped up a major renovation of my kitchen, thoughts naturally turn to the next project. I have a small, somewhat cramped and not very functional master suite. There is a tiny full bath, 1 small (barely) walk in closet with drawer, shoe, and folded storage plus a hanging section, and two reach in closets with hanging storage and a high shelf. The bathroom has a tiny (20”) single vanity and a decent sized shower. The entire footprint is about 245 square feet.

My main complaints with the current layout: bathroom vanity is ludicrously small and offers very little storage; despite having three closets the storage doesn’t seem at all efficient; only possible location for a bed is against the wall on the left, which effectively limits this to a queen bed and a single nightstand.

What I’d like from a reconfigured space: room for a larger (at least 36”) vanity; more space for a bed; more efficient storage with at least one tall closet that can hold a vacuum. In my pipe dreams, I have a stacking washer dryer in here.

What I don’t want to/can’t change: location of door into bedroom; footprint.

Thoughts?

(Obviously would work with an architect but am interested in general ideas)
