I think it looks very pretty! I love the soft, warm colors, and your hardware is very nice. How will you use the shower accent tile? In general it's a more current look to not have shower accents. And what will your mirror(s) be? I see the Taj sample but can you plug in the Perla Venata to compare also? For what it's worth, we have honed Taj in our kitchen, and I absolutely love it--beautiful and maintenance-free.

@stiley thank you! Here's another mood board showing more. There will be two mirrors, two sinks. My husband particularly liked this shower pic, so that was what was driving that decision. I've said that I don't need an accent tile in the shower but he insists it will look too boring without. The Taj and Perla are very similar.

I really like it. It also seems as if you could go gold with the hardware if you wanted with those tile and stone choices.

I think your choices are lovely. They will give you the serene bathroom you want. Love the tile choices and the quartzite counter tops. I think the sconces are beautiful and your choice of chrome is a practical one.

My only comments are about the marble and the accent tile.

Please be aware of the properties of marble, especially on the shower floor. It is difficult to keep clean, especially if you have hard water, and will etch no matter what. I'm not trying to dissuade you, but you should be forewarned and make the decision with all information.

I don't have a problem with accent tiles as many Houzzers do. In fact I did a bathroom for a client with a pretty marble mosaic accent, and the client and her husband love it. However, I wonder if you can tell what material the surrounding wall and floor tiles are?

They look very much like marble, but they are a very high-quality porcelain. You may want to consider something similar if you decide against real marble.

@Diana Bier: Thanks for taking the time to give your input. I have gone back and forth about the marble for the very reasons you gave. I have probably switched from marble-look porcelain to real marble probably 3 times already. I really am conflicted. But it’s nice to know I’m not too far out of line with my color and finish choices.

Mark, your strength is spatial as shown in so many of the layout dilemmas.

Color acuity may not be, since everything looks the same to you.
