Basement Setup and placement

Hi - we are finishing our basement and are in the final stages. I am looking for ideas on our layout and best way to maximize the space given the windows. We would like to make our basement a space for our younger kids to play and make it a tv room. Looking for advice and potentially someone to support us virtually.
