First this is not a legal bedroom with no egress window. At least where I live. As for the decor if you love the inspo pic go for it . Will this be a bedroom for one or two people, are you keeping that full or queen sized bed and TV? Can all of your clothing be stored in the closet?

Do you own this room? Are you allowed to paint? What is your budget?

I get that this is not legal, and yet many people have to live where they can.
