Artisan Tile Floors

Has anyone used uneven or textured artisan tiles on their floors? Did the texture bother you under foot? Or was it hardly noticeable in bare feet? I love the hand made tile look, but I’m worried about the uneven, or even wavy texture bothering me. Curious what others have experienced

Not even getting to bare feet but how easy will it be to get a textured tile floor clean?
