Best high end all gas 36” range?

I am seeing Wolf everywhere right now and also lots of anti-Viking comments. We are 75% sure we will buy a Bertazzoni all gas range as we have a 30” now and like it a lot (very simple, all gas, not as many electronic components). What does everyone like for functionality, longevity, oven size, and looks? My head spins when I google this and most of what comes up is dual fuel.
