Our new kitchen is asymmetrical, which makes tile a challenge. We've settled on tiling (our counter isn't great for behind a range), and have a few options. We know it's a matter of personal taste and preference in the end, but would love some crowdsourced opinions. Which would you choose?

PS - we will not necessarily use white subway tile - this is just to show layout options.
