Thank you everyone for the suggestions. The TV is too big to fit above the bookcase so I’ve decided to put it on a pull down arm above the fireplace.

You might look at mounting the TV on an articulating arm, so that you can pull it off the wall and turn it how it is needed. You might consider placing it above one of the two built-in bookcases. It looks like you're only options would be to do a small sofa, or an apartment sized sectional, and then add in two swivel chairs so the guests can also turn the chairs to face the TV when needed.
