You'll want to change the wall color & replace the towels if you are keeping the floor. The dark grey walls are not a pleasing combination with the floors. If the wood is in ok condition, I'd leave it alone as the painted surface may not hold up well in a busy bathroom. You could consider reconditioning the wood and replacing the pulls. Also reframing the mirror if possible. With the brown floor, I'd look at off white or maybe sage green for the walls. I would select a solid color counter that does not clash with the floor.

I would look into painting the floor. Lots of tutorials.

If that is the only layer of flooring you could possibly float a click LVT over the tile, would save a lot on labor and would really change up the look!
