I didn’t look at the details closely, but in general I prefer a landing space next to the refrigerator as in option B. I also wonder if having a hot oven right next to the refrigerator is not ideal.

prefer plan A but center the cooktop on that run...move it to the right a bit. Couldnt a big clean up sink work under the window as the only sink..OR include a very small island sink more to the left side of the island [ furthur away from window sink but closer to fridge]

I prefer plan A because of the large expanse of prep space between the cooktop and the sink. I'm a bit confused by the sinks, in that I would expect the cleanup sink by the dishwasher to be the big sink, but perhaps you plan to use your sinks differently. Oops I get it, the dishwasher must be in the island. I would swap the beverage fridge and dishwasher so that the clean up person can be out of the workspace of the cook and prep area. Any reason you're not taking the cabinets to the ceiling?

I prefer B as both the ovens and refrigerator have landing space close. Also in A I think the location of the refrigerator is far away. In B I also like the prep area on the back wall is centered with the island thus I prefer the visual. In either case it will,look nice.

In option a you run the risk of denting the fridge if you open it into the oven doors while down.

In option b you lose the continuous counter, and accessing the garage around the side of the oven may be awkward.

Do you have a layout with measurements? Without seeing the space I wonder if you could move the ovens to the space where the open shelves are at the end of the run, use a range instead of separate cooktop/oven, move ovens under counter, or move the fridge to the far right wall.
