I gather this is galium aparine - Stickyweed cleaver that, at least later in the season, has nasty burrs that grab onto your socks and clothing. But right now there are no such burrs. Nothing sticking to anything. What's the life cycle here? Are those burrs seeds that form after it flowers, and it's too early to flower? The leaves are a bit scratchy, though.
