The green paper barrier is beyond strip and tilework.then he tried to patch it.the tilework is overlapped in corners vs meeting for a grout to add. But a new guy furred?? Wall w sheetrock to repair.but ill.prob have to tear out all tile to fix the tilework

Still cannot really get an idea of the issues you are speaking of. And your description of the work is not really helping either. But removing tile will pretty much guarantee's doing the whole shower over, especially if you do not know how it was built. What is the substrate? What was the waterproofing system used? Floor pan? Flood text?

Newest woe. My new hire guy went to put doors/drawers on vanity. They don't fit.

How was the tub waterproofed? From the pics it doesn't look like there is any waterproofing.

Cpartist. It has a green board im.assumimg that is the waterproofinghe told me how he was doing it.hgtv sounds same procedure. So im guessing that right.plus he guarantees his wprk so hope he did it right. . Im gping to tear out and start.. again

Unfortunately, "Green Board" is NOT an approved waterproofing material. It has a waxy coating and is about "A half a spit" better than standard drywall. The ONLY way it is acceptable is with either a waterproof membrane like Schluter's "Kerdi," or a paint-on membrane like Redgard or HydroBan.
