Sherry - I think both Upgrade and Undercurrent are terrific looking! I've always admired your photos of both your U's.

Ultimate Blush was new last year.

Untamed Heart had short scapes and fewer buds than usual.

Unbound did pretty well. Its's scapes were shorter than registered but taller than most of the surrounding cultivars. It had bud counts in the low teens, and set several pods.

Villa Del Sol only bloomed on one fan, and then much later than usual.

Victorian Garden Heaven's Applause only bloomed on two or three fans last year.

Victorian Garden Emerald Breeze had its best year ever - tall scapes and bud counts in the mid-teens.

Sherry, Upgrade and Undercurrent are so pretty! Debra, Unbound is another of those pretty white edge blooms that is striking. You know I like Victorian Garden Emerald Breeze!

Voila Francois-I don’t know of many other plants with such a perfect bloom. It is short and has few buds but it reblooms 2 or 3 times for me

I've always found the form on Voila Francois beautiful and Villa Del Sol is that nice medium yellow color that I favor. Sherry: both of yours are looking great. I'm never quite sure how I feel about the spots on Upgrade. Maybe, like most UFs, it is a feature I can admire in other people's gardens, but not my own. It sure is a pretty color...... No U-V's for me............Maryl

I have only one U. Unstoppable is a beast in our garden. It needs divided badly.

Vader's Choice is a simple yellow flower with black scapes.

Vampire Cloak is one of the toothiest daylilies in the garden.

Venus Fly Trap

Violet Impace is southern bred so I don't know if it will be a good grower long term. So far, so good.

Vision Seeker is from one of our favorite hybridizers, Mike Derrow. His stuff always does well here.

Sherry, I have not noticed any trouble with opening on Vampire Cloak. It is, however, a rather small plant.

Victorian Garden Starbright did not bloom, as I recall, after being divided the previous year. Sterrett Gardens has Unbound listed as a dormant, but I think that is incorrect. Vegas Showgirl I see is a Gluck out of Rosy Scenario. Many of the VTs have attractive shadings of different colors in a single flower--RR Red, September Star, Bridal Lilac.

I was surprised how striking Upgrade is. Still a fairly young plant here, but tall and vivid.

Vision Seeker has great plant habit.

Vision of Things to Come is taller than most Emmerichs.

Vampire Bat looked good last year.

Viagra Falls also had a good year. Like many, if not most, in this color, later day sun takes a toll. A quite tall plant.

I did not expect Victoria Josephine to have such presence in the garden.

Vampire Fish is a fairly young plant.

Viva Pinata, newly divided, did not do much. Pic from 2022.

Uppity Girls is tall. Looks promising.

Vertical Horizon had a good year.

Voila Francois bloomed on short scapes. Seems not to thrive here, but interesting.

Victorian Lace had a subpar year, but still not shabby.

Via Dolorosa fades in mid-day heat, but is an attractive flower. Not a fast multiplier so far, but good height.

Velvet Hammer had an off year, with shorter scapes and some splotchy flowers.

Vulcan Logic has done well here. Seems a bit bigger than 5". Distinctive color to my eyes. It's the sort of solid plant that one wonders why is not more widely grown. But Hansons usually are not well known even in the upper South.

I missed VISION SEEKER the first time looking for Us and Vs. It is tall and well budded.

Nancy and David - Vision Seeker's big purple eye is tempting, but I'm not sure how the petal color would be for me. I fear I would dislike it as much as I hated Thomas Tew's.
