Originally we were going to choose a 36” all gas Bertazzoni as we already have one in 30” for our kitchen reno and we like it. I am seeing Wolf ranges everywhere. How are they better? I would love to hear reviews of Wolf All Gas ranges and their Dual Fuel models. I read that their dual fuel ovens heat up quickly. Is this true?

I would also love to hear opinions as to the best higher end ranges out there and what makes them better. We like our gas oven because it heats up very quickly.
