I'm trying to dress up these areas. Husband insists on keeping carpet and oak wood finishes. This is an entry which is small and the second is a short hallway to 2 bedroom a bathroom and a laundry . Need advice because if up to me, I'd get rid of the carpet and oak. And besides I have way too many ideas running through head.
