Did you follow the maintenance guidelines for the flooring? It recommends a neutral pH floor cleaner as well as what not to do or use. Users seem to like Zep Neutral PH Industrial Floor Cleaner (Amazon, Home Depot).

I have followed the recommened neutral PH cleaner sold by Coretec called Encore. I have followed every recommendation they have suggested. That is why I am so frustrated.
