It would help to know where you are and what kind of boxwoods they are....not all box are created equally :-) I can't tell easily from the photo but if no green remaining, there is not much hope.

I'd replace them. They look too far gone. Siting is key with broadleaf evergreens, all of yours are extremely damaged, so that is telling you this is not a good spot for broadleafs.

Thanks i will take the less damaged ones and pot them to see if they come back should i cut out the dead branches or just leave them ?

You should also be aware that boxwood blight is sweeping much of the East coast so replacing the ailing shrubs with something other than box might be a good idea. That means no potting up of the less damaged ones. True dwarf English boxwood is one of the most susceptible species.
