I’m going have him come back and fix things or just try to fix things myself. Luckily since taking these pictures I’ve been able to wipe of a lot of the grout haze by using a dry microfiber towel.

My question is, if you were tasked to fix this grout/tile/etc (without completely demoing and starting over…) …what would you fix & how would you fix it?

Clearly this man needs direction but this is way out of my wheelhouse - I know nothing about tile/grout so thought I’d post here. I appreciate any information!
