I have tons of Arhaus in my house--chairs, tables, couches, bureaus, beds, buffets, coffee tables. My son's bed looked great but was crap particle board construction. Thankfully, it was still under warranty, and I picked a new bed.

My Arhaus couches (I have several) are starting to sag (5 years roughly). My sons are probably hard on them. Arhaus has some nicely constructed stuff, and they have some crappy constructed stuff--so you really want to see the items in person. Arhaus is not priced at Henredon prices, so no, you are not going to get top shelf quality. It is also not priced like Henredon, so I think its a decent choice for the money. I had a Room and Board sofa most recently before, and I like the design choices of Arhaus much better. The Bernhardt sofa I had before that was crap quality. The Henredon I had before that was too much of a pain to recover.

I have nothing to go by other than comments on Houzz from when I was looking at upholstered furniture. Many said Arhaus isn't great quality.
