I would put the fireplace on that wall with a TV over it and shelves on each side (can do closed shelving too here towards the bottom )

The size of your room and couch will dictate the rug size you want to have all your furniture on the rug. Your couch size dictates the size of your coffee table. Idk if you know all these things or not but all of this is easily found online so you can figure out the layout based on these guidelines
