For starters you need a headboard, tall lamps, curtains and a larger area rug.

Clean up the boxes, the clothes piled on the white chair. Crates and whatever are on the floor. What is hanging on the wall? Bathrobes??

Draw and measure the room, with the entry, doors to bath closet etc. Feet and inches for everything and add that as a jpeg in a comment box below.

Take more pics all angles after the clean up.

Floor plan to scale first step, then take out all things not needed like all the items Jan mentioned . Pics also. All of that postes here in comments the drwaing at least in jpeg formt . Staging means you are selling so what you want I think is just some ideas for a nicer bedroom a very different thing.

First off - declutter as much as possible. Would suggest painting your walls a white color instead of the current green. The green provides contrast with the flooring and trim and IMO that needs to be lessened as much as possible. The artwork above the bed also provides too much contrast and isn't really the best in style for the room. If you can afford new nightstands I would replace what you currently have. New rug and comforter that compliment each other. It's difficult to see if there is an actual headboard or not. So, would suggest you invest in a good frame with a headboard that can actually be seen. Good luck!

No need to declutter for a floor plan (dimensions including size and placement of doors and windows) which would help us determine the best layout for the room. I understand you'll be using all existing furniture so we can then suggest decor for bedding, windows, lamps, rug, paint, etc.

It looks like you have a good start on furniture items and a little decor. Perhaps look at decluttering the space first, then adding a headboard to the bed, angle the chair in the corner where the boxes are, add a floor lamp, add some plants, add more artwork, and look at a larger rug for the space.
