Hello, were putting in a pool and the waterline tile will be going in shortly. We're keeping it simple and using a 6" square porcelin tile. I also want to do flip turn markers on the wall and bottom. Our pool guy said we could use the same waterline tile, or do a 2" square matte tile instead which is more standard? Any thoughts on this? I just wonder if the porcelin tile will be slippery in the shallow end bottom. Does it really matter if you slip in water? Not to the kids probably, but an adult wiping out with beer in hand might be a more sad occasion!
