I’m a diy guy but for this hire an arborist. They seem to have competing leaders and are quite large. It will be safer for you and better for the trees to hire a professional arborist.

I agree....but not for the same reasons. Pruning is much, much more than just what equipment you might need. There is a lot of science to it as well as aesthetic skill and finesse and the tone of your post/questions indicates you have not had a lot of previous experience doing this.

Unless you know what you are doing and why and how, hire a professional

Are there any dead or crossing branches? If not I, personally, don't see a need for pruning. Given sufficient light and space trees generally know how to grow.

Thanks everyone! A professional arborist is not in the budget. I had three out and they wanted from $1k to $2k to do the five trees.

I agree w/floral. Don't see any pressing need for pruning, tho a careful thinning doesn't hurt as long as it isn't butchery.
