The middle one looks the least gray. Of the 3, my preference is the middle one based on seeing one plank only. The fireplace looks great with that lighter shade. Can you get more planks? It’s pretty important to see a bunch of planks in each room they’re being installed into & to see them in daylight & evening under artificial lights. If you follow Houzz, you’ll read many comments about gray being ’overdone’. Some of us never did it to begin with and still don’t like it. Think about your favorite colors & tones of your furnishings - are they cool or warm tones? Gray is not, IMO, a warm tone.

Thank yall! My furniture will be cool toned which is why I thought the grey could possibly look good. I just don’t want to hate it in a year so I’m nervous lol.

The plus of the tone / color of middle plank is that it can go either way - cool or warm. That means you’re not locked in to ”does it go with my gray flooring?” forever. Will this flooring be in your kitchen? What’s it look like with the cabinets?

Get a full box of the middle one and lay it all out. One board laying next to other samples is really not the best way to judge. You want to judge the floor in the room, not the planks themselves.

If I recall correctly, these are the three SPCs we've been selling for quite some time. Recently, the middle color has been selling the best by far, especially now that grey isn't as popular. I'll post pictures of our finished projects in the same order as yours. Hopefully, these will help with your decision.

Yes to the middle one. You don’t want a gray floor. For me, a floor should be a neutral, not a color. Any wood tone is a neutral. It goes with anything.

Once you add color to a floor, it locks you in to decorating around it.
