My 7 y.o GE side by side stopped dispensing water through the door several days ago. I made a technican appointment, but tried the dispenser again today. Now it does work.

I'm just wondering what could make it stop for several days (the usual "thunk" when pressing the paddle didn't happen, and no water came out), how it could have fixed itself, and whether I should cancel the appointment.

(BTW, nothing happened to kink the supply line or change the temp)
