Suggestions for Ceiling Fans?

Hi all. Doing renovations to our place in San Francisco and considering ceiling fans in two bedrooms (each about 13' x 13') and our living room, which is roughly twice that size. The place was built in '52 and has a mid-century vibe. We have lots of windows and the place can get pretty hot on warmer days. We get by with a few box fans but they are noisy, take up floor space, and don't look great. I'd like to install flush-mount ceiling fans with the ability to reverse airflow, dimmable lights, and silent motors. (I realize that some blade noise is inevitable at higher speeds, but hoping for fans that are quiet enough at lower speeds to sleep under.) These would replace original light fixtures in the bedrooms, but be newly installed in the living room. There are roughly a million options out there and I'm interested in hearing experiences and suggestions for specific models to help us narrow it down. Not interested in a full HVAC replacement at this time.

Thanks!
