Good advice from wdccriuse...The Fisher Paykel's oven interface appears to be nicer than the Bertazzoni's although there's nothing wrong with the simplicity of Bertazzoni's more analog style.. The Fisher Paykel's top has two flex zones [instead of one], and the center cooking zone of the FP appears to be a larger diameter. Fisher Paykel's electric ovens tend to have higher customer satisfaction ratings whereas Bertazzoni's Gas Ovens seem to be more favorably rated. Unless you're a caterer I'd be willing to bet that the extra cubic foot of space will be a waste of energy for 99% of your cooking. I think 30 inch ovens are way too big for everyday cooking and 36 inch ovens are even worse. There's a relatively big difference in price between them so the Bertazzoni may be a better value. You could also contact both companies and find out who they use for local service and then check google reviews to see which brand's local service is more favorably rated. Service aside my money would go to the FP Classic series. ; )

The fifty-cent-size display and the two tiny knobs appears far too inconvenient.

If I were concerned that the oven was too big, I'd choose the Cafe CHS950P2MS1 (https://www.homedepot.com/p/308803541) with its small (2.4 cf) upper oven.

Did you consider or look at Fulgor Milano?

i would really look at service availabilty for both of your choices . Selling is one thing, but service is another . Also search this forum for service on any of these mfgs . I seem to remember that Fulgor got beat up badly
