A specialty lumberyard is what you need. And a carpenter to make it. First, find a good carpenter with experience in cabinetmaking. They may have lumber yards they like. Go and look a the wood and ask to see what it might look like with finish on it. Figure out your species of wood. Let the carpenter do the measurements and make the cab and the shelf and install it. If you get walnut, be aware that there can be lighter areas unless you specify all heartwood. The lumberyard can glue together planks to make the depth the carpenter will need. Make sure you and the carpenter have agreed on what it will look like - how deep that front apron will be, where the shelf underneath is placed, and all the details of how it will look. Do some research to get the most durable finish.
