I am looking for some decorating ideas for my first floor foyer of my raised home (living space is on the second floor and you enter on the first floor on the same level as the garage) I am looking to make the space less cold and more welcoming. Right now it just feels like an endless pit of doors. The rest of my house is modern leaning slightly contenporary with shades of blues and greys. I do not have to keep the existing art or rug
