Since you have a diningroom window i don’t think its imperative to have a window on 2 walls in kitchen itself. i absolutely agree with vinmarks - the center cabinet looks weird and grabs your attention. i would put 3 windows in a row there as the focal point instead. stove is far from fridge but hard to get everything close together unless you want to do a sink/dw on island.

I wonder about changing that center cab to glass doors for a lighter look? (Although it depends on what you’re planning on storing in there)

Change the windows, lose the middle cabinet for two open shelves or nothing.

While I understand the Kosher aspect, I often question the need for two full size dishwashers . EIGHTEEN inches holds almost as much. The need for same size sinks always necessary?

Your island is a massive barrier so I would try to solve that first. If you ever do stove to oven cooking you have a trek to bring stuff to the oven. I might consider a range with a single wall oven for times when you need 2 (how often do you use two ovens? I have been in my house over 2 years, cook 4-5 times a week from scratch, and have used both ovens only a handful of times. I would absolutely kill to have a range instead of a rangetop).

Could do one sink on island and one sink w/dishwasher drawers on the perimeter. That way your prep space for meat/dairy isn't sharing the same space (prep space is between the two sinks right now, so that lends itself to some cross-contamination).
