This color scheme could look good on your house--note the taupe over the entryway to get rid of the orange you have now. I often suggest no shutters but have to say these dark pea green shutters look great. But the main thing you have to do is a power washing of roof and brick before you begin so you start with a clean slate.

If there's any budget for it, upgrade the walkway as above and deeper, curvier beds to make the façade less angular. A wider bed of shade plants under the tree on the right would be beautiful--not this elaborate but a mix of shrubs and shade groundcover.
