Love your idea of facing the bed to the window.

Consider recessing the main closet doors back 12" and adding a narrow shoe+bag closet across from the closet and flanking it with corner cabinets on either end. One can be a beautiful entrance piece and the other for jewelry+accessories. The closet doors should be full height piviot doors with some detail on the face. Note sure of your style, but don't skimp on the finishes.

For the bathroom, treat yourself with a good size shower with a partial wall to the ceiling to accommodate the sink and a side cabinet with a large medicine cabinet above. Indicated is a pocket door, but can be a standard door. The toilet is in the original position.
