Need help will 27 inch wall oven decision.

We purchased our home two years ago that was built in 1996. The dishwasher, microwave and wall over are original. We did replace the dishwasher with a Bosch. The gas range top is Jennair and apparently was installed about 5 years ago. So far, no issues with the range. The wall oven is a Jennair which needs to be replaced. I love to cook and want something that will work for me. I have looked at Bosch, Jennair, Miele and Wolf. I'm learning that Miele and Wolf does not make a 27 inch. The local appliance store mentioned a GE Monogram, Jennair or Viking. Any advice is greatly appreciated, looking for a replacement walloven has been a challenge and also confusing.
