Paint Design Dilemma Living Room

I got this picture on wayfair. While this listing (https://www.wayfair.com/furniture/pdp/latitude-run-gafton-79-130-extendable-tv-stand-with-3-drawer-w100527694.html?piid=1656622463) is about the TV stand - my question is about the wall behind, Can anyone tell me their thoughts on what this wall is made up of? Is it wooden slats, mdf, board, wall paint a cominbation there of?

google wood slat walls there are many .Does look like a combo od both wood slats and maybe MDF panels

Paul F. I can spend 3K-5K on the project. The wall is 13x13 and then another 8x18 (cathedral style). The TV is on the 13x13 side.

Have you seen these.. They are not the same but would give some texture to the space and I think might work for you..
