I could only get a thumbnail by uploading the tiny pic from the listing. Looks like a job for a professional stone mason. It needs taking down and rebuilding imo. Patching by an amateur will look bad and probably not be safe if it's a retaining wall.

Where are you seeing a listing?

If you're buying this house the seller should be fixing it. It's not going to be inexpensive if you end up having to rebuild the whole wall. I don't know that I would be comfortable with just stuffing the fallen stones back in and patching the mortar. That would probably just be a temporary fix. Unless a mason says that's acceptable.

You want a stone mason. You want him to give you a quote, which you will deduct from the price of the house. While you are at it, you should have him look at the stone foundation from the inside and out.

We had some dry (no mortar) stone retaining walls fixed. They removed the stones and relaid them. It was not cheap.

Not a DIY fix. this is a big problem. as is the underlying issue if why this happened in the first place…
