Hi,

My house was built in 1910. I have a couple home issues occurring that I really need advice for.

The foundation is starting to crack & flake off in spots. The front porch is poured concreconcrete from the 70’s. The steps are crumbling. The entire porch is pulling away fro

the house. Also, there is concrete sidewalk around half the house. There is a gap between the concrete & sidewall. Also, concrete stairs leading to the patio.See attached pictures.

I would greatly appreciate any tips to improve these issues on my own or what kind of contractor I should contact. I am extremely overwhelmed
