Hi! So I was just wondering if there was anyway to change the texture of brick that’s already on the wall?

We like the color, but the texture is really rough. It’s impossible to clean and you can scratch yourself if you rub up against it hard enough. And it’s ugly lol.

We were hoping to avoid painting it, but if that’s the only thing that would make it not as harsh we will. Thought I’d ask first though.

Other ideas are doing a german smear, limewash, or a plaster/slurry. Thanks!
