Need to find area rug

I just replaced my carpet with hardwood floors and am looking for a rug for my living room. My sofa is cream with blue, pale yellow, and pink stripes. Ideas?

Now lower your picture over the couch and if the pattern allows turn it so it's horizontal instead of vertical. There should be only 5 or 6 inches of wall showing between the bottom of the pic and the top of the couch cushions. Never mind about turning the picture--I see that the matting is weighted on the bottom so it wouldn't work. That's a great picture--could you hang it elsewhere and get a larger horizontal pic for over the sofa?

Barbie is right about the sisal rug. You have so much blue that you need to keep the rug very neutral

I know the pic is not part of your concern, but do you notice, too, how the shape mimics the windows too much and how the different shape and lower would just make your room even nicer. I really hope it works on another wall as it is such a good match.

I think something to consider with the choices you are being shown for rugs is how you want it to feel on bare feet.....soft and cushy? Don't care? Some rugs are scratchy, too.
