I would look at wood tables the color of your pillows. Maybe go a little wider than the 140" to balance the sconces.

I think the console will visually and maybe even physically make thta walkway tight. It would aslo be helpful to see the whole room So post pics here in a comment DO NOT start another post

I wouldn't get one -- if you put things on top, they will compete with the view. If you don't it will look naked. I'd wait and let something present itself -- could be a couple of baskets over by the doorway, maybe with a spare afghan in them. Might be a piece of art (athough your sconces limit you a bit). No rush to Fill The Space.

Thank you for your input. I agree that I should just wait and keep the space open. I might consider a small console table behind the sofa as an alternative.

IMO you're looking for a very long table to balance the window. The metal 84" Silviano Console from Crate & Barrel would be a good fit.

However,.......the table is 84" long, and here's how it looks in front of your window. Pretty puny.

Maybe you need to consider something oversized for this location or custom.

Behind the couch would also give you a spot for a good table lamp or two, widening your options for layered lighting.

Flip the chairs and the sofa and put the table behind the sofa.

What about some shelving?

It doesn't have to be full of books, and could have doors or drawers to hide storage.

Thank you all again for your input. I think that I will skip the under window console table and consider a table behind the brown sofa. I will have more options and can go with a smaller table.

IF you decide to revisit the idea of a console (not that you need to with that gorgeous view!), consider a long, live edge slab of wood on iron legs, custom, for that space. Something raw looking, natural. I think it will complement your contemporary furniture quite well. And add a bit of the outside…inside. Gorgeous home!

There are a few items you could look at trying. You could try a buffet, console table, a small table with stools, or even a bar cart. Here are some visuals of all of those ideas for you to consider.
