I have this wall that i would like to have cabinets built and at the bottom all the way across is drawers for storage then a counter top on it then on the top half on the right and left there would be doors to open that can be used for clothes. Does this make sense? How do i mock up something like that?

• Is it good idea to cut the carpet up or build over the carpet? if you cut carpet and decide to remove the cabinet how hard would it be to find replacement carpet for that area?
• Would it make sense to build this as a floating cabinet off floor hanging from wall and then the carpet concern wouldn't be a factor?
