I'm sure Horchow does ship internationally, but you should check with THEM re: specifics.

This lamp is AWFUL!!! I just received two I ordered from Horchow and I am very disappointed in the quality of this item. I wrote a one-star review on Amazon (Horchow does not permit comments/reviews). Hopefully, the maroon coloration will be visible in the photos I've attached (they do not sport the more typical brown-red-orange faux rust coloring). Some people might prefer a maroon (purplish) cast, but not me. The Horchow photo does not permit you to see that the metal tubing is just crimped/smashed, and left unfinished. The base is some sort of cheap, light-weight wood product that does not provide good stability, even though the lamp is very light weight. The decorative medallions are also not metal, but some sort of resin or plastic-type material. The socket, harp, and spider fitter of the lamp shade are bright, shiny gold. Maybe not important if you can't see these parts from other angles like I can (from the stairs), but brown or black would have been more appropriate for the style. I am very disappointed in Horchow and Uttermost (and the Vendor on Amazon who falsely claims it is a "wrought iron" lamp!).
